| Physical Description | Zero has shoulder length blonde hair and a fit figure. He was used to running and jumping at great distances. He has the same skin tone as any Caucasian male, but on the areas where his skin cover his implants you can see light blue circuits. He is always wearing gloves on the ship to not accidently interfacing with anything. Eyes: Improve his vision by allowing him four modes. His normal vision allows him to see normally with perfect 20/20 vision, also he can zoom in enough to where he could see the sweat off a target 100feet away. An Infrared mode which allows him to see heat from a target in pitch black darkness. A Night-Vision which allows him to see perfectly in the dark. Right Arm: His right arm serves as a bridge between the neural link in his brain to any electronic devise. With this implant he can speak to electronic devices without the need to press buttons, however a long period of time of doing this makes him dizzy. Legs: He has implants in his legs that increase their strength which help his running speed and jumping. |

| Personal History | Zero, formerly One of Ten Tertiary Adjunct Of Unimatrix 07, cannot remember his life before he was assimilated. The first thing he can account, where he was in complete control, was when the doctor who help liberate him from the Borg first woke him up. Before then there is only flashes of moments he can't explain. Species screaming. People running. The looks of fear and terror on the faces of countless alien beings as he injects them with Borg nanoprobes. It's these memories that haunt him. Upon being released from the Borg, he took on the name Zero. For no particular reason other than he was no longer Born and he didn't know what his name was. He had no home. No species. No name. Zero family. Zero friends. Zero home. So, Zero was born. Upon being released from Starfleet he was offered to go to the academy to make something of himself. To put his skills with technology to good use. Zero wasn't sure what he wanted, but he decided to try. It wasn't long till he found himself in a friendly environment, but still looked at oddly because of his implants and former life as a Borg drone. He decided to keep to himself and studies. Majoring in Operations and Engineering was easy. He understood technology. He could speak to it, in a way, but he needed something else to keep up his time. So he looked into Security. Combat training and fighting. It was difficult at first, his implants gave him a clear advantage and provided him with a strength some couldn't handle, but he was eventually taught control. This journey led him into Martial Arts training, learning self control and disciple, providing him with a balance he hand never had before. Upon leaving the Academy, Zero remained to take advanced classes. Improving his knowledge and combat training so he could be more useful to whatever ship he was placed on. He was determined to keep busy. The more he avoided relationships and friendships, the more he could dedicate his time to his training and service. Zero was finally placed on the USS Merlin, an Excelsior class ship, where he was placed as an Operations Officer. He continued to keep to himself, not fraternizing with the crew or his fellow officers. He focused on his work and nothing else. Eventually, due to his constant work and his lack of sleep, he took over as Assistant Chief when the former was promoted to Chief. |
