| Physical Description | Xavier is tall and lean. He has a ring erring on his left ear and his eyes have been described as mesmerizing. He has two tattoos a Romulan symbol and an IDIC both on his Right pectoral muscle. Xavier is never seen without black eyeliner, he knows that's one of his best features and will emphasize it. His ears are very pointy taking more on the Vulcan side then the Romulan side. |

| General Overview | Xavier has had a rough life and it's shaped his personality. He grew up in a house that was traditional and based on the old Vulcan principles and the teachings of Surak. He never felt as though he fit. He was stuck in a loop where he had to mask who he was until he left Vulcan. The person he is now is someone who is still very much finding himself. He is a good listener. He tends towards random acts of kindness but never wants credit for them. He is quiet and speaks only when needed. He is a dreamer who sometimes is stuck in his own world. He tends to anthropomorphize the ships giving them names. He also tends to fly the ships barefoot when he can. He says it helps him feel the soul of the ship and fly better. He tends to appear to be cold, a defense mechanism, but he feels deeply he's just better at hiding it. He's a hopeless romantic who doesn't realize it and a person to whom ambitions are not important but small goals. He always feels that he's on the outside looking in but he keeps himself on the outside. He's only let one person in and that person he's never met. He's done little things to make himself into the person he is but never truly explored himself so he's very much still developing a personality. |

| Hobbies & Interests | Xavier is a voracious reader He plays the violin and composes his own music. Xavier writes poetry and is big on journaling by hand. He has a ritual where once a journal is finished he scans it into the computer and then has a ceremony of burning the physical journal as a way to cleanse the past. He loves to swim and to meditate they are his restful activities. He is obsessed with Human culture specifically ancient Greece He is also addicted to taking long baths. | Personal History | Xavier was born on Vulcan in the lake Yuron region as Xander. His mother was a Vulcan diplomat and his father was a Romulan who left Romulus a long time ago because he felt that the Vulcan way was better. He is now a Professor teaching classes a the Vulcan University in Lake Yuron. He teaches on the importance of Surak and the Kholiar. His parents eat and breath Surak and his teachings. They had an expectation for their son and he never met it. While his siblings were praised for their personalities his sensitive heart was always judged and battered so he shut down and lived his life on autopilot. He was always an intelligent child and advanced in his studies to the point where he was always a grade ahead. He graduated the Vulcan equivalent of High School at 16 years. It was at that age that the incident occurred, something he never talks about. His friend betrayed Xavier to his family and the resulting argument shook Xavier to the core. He swore he would never trust again. That night, the night of his 17th birthday he packed a bag and left. He cleaned out all the credits he was saving and found a way to get to Earth. He lived pretty much homeless for a few months until he was able to secure employment. He legally changed his name to Xavier in the hopes of his family not finding him and he managed, with the help of an old professor on Vulcan who was now on Earth to get an application to the Academy. One of the Commanders he met along the way was impressed with not only his intelligence but the fact that he was 17 and could fly a shuttle better then some newly graduated Ensigns. He was sponsored and in 2380 he started his new life. The four years of the Academy were spent on auto pilot doing course work and just getting his life into what he termed a tolerable state. He loved flying and the only club he joined was the swimming team. It was in water that he found true peace. He did not make any friends and people avoided him as he very much gave off a cold and dark aura. Then newly promoted Captain Tolsen, the man who sponsored him, was worried and encouraged him to join the Starfleet Letter Exchange program. Through the program he came into contact with the person that would get him to open up a little and to search for the true Xavier. In 2385 he graduated the Academy top of his class. He was posted to the USS Light Seer the ship under Captain Kelson's command. Amanda Kelson would prove to be a big influence in his life. She was the mother he never had and he seemed to flourish. In 2387 the ship was sent on a scientific mission where the landing party encountered an enemy that they could not fight. Captain Kelson was killed and Xavier was shattered. He was transferred to the USS Stone Brook where he once again functioned on auto pilot, he focused on work and his skill pushed him up the ranks. In 2391 he was promoted to Assistant Chief of the department and sent to the USS Lime House. He thrived there slowly coming out of his shell when a new setback arose. He encountered one of his brothers. Emotionally he was pushed to the brink and started having panic and anxiety attacks. He applied for a transfer and thanks to the now Admiral Tolsen was able to take test that would, if successful, grant him the Chief Fight Officer designation he wanted. Starfleet Letter Exchange program note: The SLEP is a program that matches Academy Cadets with new graduates or other cadets where they could anonymously share their experiences and help on another. Each person chooses a nickname and is matched based on personality. Xavier, nicknamed PLUTO was matched with someone nicknamed KERBEROS (3rd year cadet). The two soon became fast friends. Where as the letter exchange was meant to happen once a month at most the two began exchanging messages daily, multiple times a day. Admiral Tolsen, who'd begun to see Xavier as a son became curious and worried and found a way to eavesdrop (thanks to his work background) on those messages. Generally the SLEP was a program people were a part of for a few years but both Xavier and his pen pal had stayed on the program long into their postings. Tolsen took a peek and soon discovered a love story that neither PLUTO nor KERBEROS was aware was there. Being the romantic at heart, knowing the identity of KERBEROS and seeing how much KERBEROS had helped Xavier grow he arranged that the two serve on the same ship, the USS Ontario. Neither knows the other is there and due to the parameters of the program they were not allowed to share where they are stationed. In 2395 Xavier got his posting to the USS Ontario as Chief Flight Officer and a new Rank that went with it. |
